A beam of this type dazzles opponents that fail their saving throw.
A beam of this type deals -1 point of damage per die, but damages ethereal creatures without a miss chance.
A beam of this type deals +1 point of damage per die in conditions of shadowy illumination or darkness.
This power's subtype is the same as the type of beam you manifest.
For every additional power point you spend, this power deals an additional 1d6 points of damage.
