Grasping the biofeedback controls of your foe's brain, you begin to force his head to produce a deluge of cranial fluid. At the beginning of your next turn, when you finish manifesting the power, your foe must succeed on a Fortitude save or take 18d6 points of damage from cranial swelling. If your foe is reduced to 0 or fewer hit points by this power, his head explode.

A creature that dies from cranial deluge can be resurrected but not raised.
